About The Position

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you will serve as a customer service ambassador, properly handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries while delivering extraordinary customer service. You may help customers find products, gather carts from outdoors, sweep, or clean up spills. The role calls for a friendly, outgoing attitude, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Many team members begin their careers in this role and may advance to other positions in store departments. The listed coverage schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for an anticipated three months. Team members already in the role who want the available hours must sign the interest sheet. Team members seeking hours in a different role must use the internal application process, through the Electronic Internal Job Board or a paper application requested from the Administrative Coordinator.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
Be dependable and reliable.
Demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior.
Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
Be able to work a flexible schedule that changes with business needs.
Follow all Front End procedures and work closely with other Team Members throughout the store.
