About The Position

As a Courtesy Clerk, you are a customer service ambassador who properly handles and bags shoppers’ groceries while delivering extraordinary customer service. Duties may include helping customers find products, gathering carts from outdoors, and sweeping or cleaning up spills. Courtesy Clerks represent Sprouts to customers and work with other team members in a fast-paced store environment. The role can provide opportunities to pursue other positions and departments within the store. The coverage period is anticipated to last three months. Team members already working in the role who want the available hours must sign a sign-up sheet. Team members seeking hours in a different role must use the internal application process.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
Be dependable and reliable.
Demonstrate outgoing and friendly behavior.
Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
Be able to work a flexible schedule that changes with business needs.
Follow all Front End procedures and work closely with other team members.
