About The Position

Lunardi’s Markets is hiring a Courtesy Clerk in Walnut Creek. Courtesy Clerks provide customer service in a fast-paced grocery-store environment while maintaining safety and quality standards. No experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. Responsibilities

Bag groceries at checkout without damaging customers’ items, following best practices for reusable, plastic, and paper bags.
Help customers load bags into their cars.
Return merchandise to store shelves.
Gather shopping carts and baskets and return them to designated areas.
Clean spills and collect and pick up trash inside the store and in the parking lot.
Learn the store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers.
Act honestly and with integrity in interactions with customers and when following company policies.
Protect the safety of oneself, co-workers, and customers, and immediately report safety-related accidents and incidents to management.
