About The Position
The Courtesy Clerk serves as a customer service ambassador, handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries while providing extraordinary customer service. The role may also involve helping customers find products, gathering carts from outdoors, sweeping, and cleaning up spills. Courtesy Clerks represent Sprouts to customers and contribute to a friendly, team-oriented shopping experience in a fast-paced environment. Team members may have opportunities to advance to other positions in store departments.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Outgoing and friendly behavior.
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes with business needs.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow Front End procedures.
Responsibilities
- Properly handle and bag shoppers’ groceries.
- Provide extraordinary customer service and create an inviting shopping experience.
- Help customers find products in the store.
- Gather carts from outdoors.
- Sweep and pick up spills.
- Follow all Front End procedures.
- Work closely with other Team Members throughout the store.
