About The Position

As a Courtesy Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market, you serve as a customer service ambassador, helping create inviting experiences for shoppers and team members. You handle and bag groceries while providing attentive service, assist shoppers in finding products, gather carts from outdoors, and help maintain a clean and safe store by sweeping and responding to spills. The role suits a friendly, outgoing person who works well with a team and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Sprouts notes that many team members begin in this role and move into other store positions.

Requirements

At least 16 years of age.
Dependable and reliable.

Responsibilities

Properly handle and bag shoppers’ groceries while providing extraordinary customer service.
Help customers find products in the store.
Gather carts from outdoors.
Sweep and pick up spills.
Follow Front End procedures.
Work closely with team members throughout the store.
