About The Position

The Courtesy Clerk serves as a customer service ambassador at Sprouts Farmers Market, handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries while providing extraordinary customer service. The role includes helping customers find products, gathering outdoor carts, sweeping, and cleaning up spills. Courtesy Clerks are expected to be friendly, outgoing, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position can provide opportunities to grow into other roles and departments throughout the store.

Requirements

Be at least 16 years of age.
Be dependable and reliable.
Show outgoing and friendly behavior.
Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
Be able to work a flexible schedule that changes with business needs.

Responsibilities

Handle and bag shoppers’ groceries properly.
Deliver extraordinary customer service.
Help customers find products in the store.
Gather carts from outdoors.
Sweep and pick up spills.
Follow all Front End procedures.
Work closely with other Team Members throughout the store.
