About The Position

The Courtesy Clerk serves as a customer service ambassador at Sprouts Farmers Market, providing welcoming experiences while properly handling and bagging shoppers’ groceries. The role also includes helping customers find products, gathering carts from outdoors, and sweeping or cleaning up spills. Courtesy Clerks represent Sprouts to customers and work with team members throughout the store in a fast-paced environment. Team members may have opportunities to grow into other positions across the store.

Requirements

At least 16 years of age.
Dependable and reliable.
Outgoing and friendly behavior.
Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that changes with business needs.

Responsibilities

Properly handle and bag shoppers’ groceries while delivering extraordinary customer service.
Help customers find products in the store.
Gather shopping carts from outdoors.
Sweep and pick up spills.
Follow Front End procedures.
Work closely with team members throughout the store.
