About The Position
Raley's is hiring a friendly, accountable Courtesy Team Member to support the front end of the store and provide a positive customer experience. Requirements
- Be 18 years of age, or 16 years of age with a valid work permit.
- Be friendly and customer-service oriented.
- Be self-motivated and attentive to detail, quality, and presentation.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
- Work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Read, understand, and follow verbal and written directions.
- Reliably meet the required work schedule and adhere to the company attendance policy.
- Safely perform physical activities that may include standing, sitting, lifting and stocking up to 50 pounds, pushing, keyboarding, telephone use, walking, and bending.
Responsibilities
- Bag customers’ groceries neatly and orderly.
- Verify prices for cashiers when necessary.
- Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and assist customers with groceries to their cars.
- Maintain a cheerful and helpful attitude toward customers and other Team Members.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store and restrooms.
- Assist with go-backs and accompany customers to locate items throughout the store.
