About The Position

Lunds & Byerlys Ridgedale is hiring a part-time seasonal Courtesy Clerk to create a positive shopping experience for customers. The seasonal position will end on or before December 31, 2026, and pays $12.00–$17.00 per hour. The store operates seven days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; shifts for this position fall within 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Courtesy Clerks greet and assist customers, bag groceries, load groceries into customers’ vehicles, and help maintain shelf conditions and product presentation, including facing products throughout the store. The ideal candidate is a team player, respectful, innovative, and hospitable.
