About The Position

Raley's is hiring a positive, passionate, accountable Courtesy Team Member to perform a variety of tasks across the store's front end. The role involves bagging groceries, collecting carts, cleaning, and helping customers have a memorable shopping experience. Courtesy Team Members are expected to be responsible, friendly team players who can learn quickly, work at a fast pace, and pay close attention to detail.

The position is posted year-round to build a talent pool and may not reflect current hiring needs. Applications may be kept on file for future openings if interviews are not currently being scheduled. Candidates should contact their nearest store for current position availability.

Applicants must be 18 years old, or 16 years old with a valid work permit. Internal transfer or promotion candidates must have had no disciplinary action in the past six months, and their current leader must recommend their application and provide an endorsement if requested by HR. They may be asked to accept a part-time position if that is the only position available.

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age, or 16 years of age with a valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Bag customers' groceries neatly and orderly.
• Verify prices for cashiers when necessary.
• Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and assist customers with carrying groceries to their cars.
• Maintain a cheerful and helpful attitude toward customers and other Team Members.
• Keep the store and restrooms clean and tidy.
• Assist with go-backs and accompany customers to locate items throughout the store.
