The Department of Jewish Studies is inviting applications to teach JWST 205 - Introduction to Jewish Literature, a survey of Jewish literary texts from the Bible to the present day. This course will include selections from psalms, prophecy, prayer, poetry, short stories, and novels. Critical literature on these texts, reflecting comparative, religious, historical, feminist, psychoanalytic, and linguistic approaches, will also be studied.
