This position supports the development and coordination of adult mental health programs within Washington County BHDS. It focuses on program monitoring, evaluation, quality assurance, and collaboration with service providers.

Requirements

  • Two years of professional level experience in the field of mental health; and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Meet the PA residency requirement.
  • Be able to perform essential job functions.
  • Pass a background investigation.
  • A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination and a drug screening.
  • This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law. Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities across multiple mental health services and support programs
  • Review program data and evaluate service effectiveness
  • Communicate with consumers, families, and service providers to support program needs
  • Track delivery of key services such as peer supports, housing programs, and rehabilitative services
  • Assist with gathering and organizing information for planning and development
