About The Position

Grinders Above and Beyond is a family-owned restaurant that has served guests since 1976. The Counter position involves greeting and accommodating guests warmly, taking orders in person and by telephone, processing transactions, entering orders into the POS, and setting up, closing, stocking, and cleaning the assigned area. Employees are expected to perform tasks assigned by management and work as team players who support other staff. No experience is necessary; training is provided.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet and accommodate guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Greet guests by telephone and take their orders.
• Greet guests at the counter and cash out transactions.
• Enter orders into the POS.
• Set up and close, stock, and clean the assigned area.
• Perform job descriptions and tasks assigned by management.
• Support other staff in their duties and work as a team player.
