About The Position

Grinders Above and Beyond is a family-owned restaurant serving guests since 1976. The Counter role involves greeting and accommodating guests in a warm, friendly manner, taking orders in person and by telephone, processing payments, and maintaining an assigned work area. No experience is necessary; the employer will provide training. The position is part-time at the Alliance, Ohio location.

Requirements

• Must be able to perform assigned job descriptions and tasks.
• Be a team player and help support other staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and accommodate guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Greet guests by telephone and take their orders.
• Greet guests at the counter and process payments.
• Enter orders into the POS system.
• Set up, close, stock, and clean the assigned area.
• Perform job descriptions and tasks assigned by management.
• Work as a team player and support other staff in their duties.
