About The Position

Arnold Motor Supply is hiring a part-time Counter Professional/Delivery Driver at one of its Midwest locations. The role combines customer service at the counter with deliveries to local customers in a company-owned vehicle. Some full-time employees may also become company owners.

Requirements

• Passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Ability to drive a company-owned vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and a safe, insurable driving record; no SR-22.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to being a strong team member.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, with schedules often running 7:30–5:30, including alternating Saturdays.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, lift, twist, bend, walk, and sit.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to utilize a telephone.

• Knowledge of automotive parts and industry experience.
