About The Position

American Bolt Corporation is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The position is scheduled Wednesday through Friday, generally from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with an 8:00 a.m. start time. The driver uses a company-provided cargo van or 13-foot flatbed truck to make customer deliveries, transfer deliveries to the Madison Warehouse, and deliveries to construction job sites. Hardhat and safety vest are required at construction sites. The role involves moving, loading, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, using a company-provided smartphone for GPS and delivery signatures, and entering delivery-log information on company computers. The driver must be available for fill-in work outside the regular schedule, with one day's notice. A clean driving record is required, and post-offer contingencies include a background check, physical, and oral-swab drug screen. An MVR will be pulled upon hire; driving-record violations may be reviewed to determine continued employment as a driver.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a post-offer background check, physical, and oral-swab drug screen.
• Comfort using smartphone technology and entering delivery-log information on computers.
• Ability to move, load, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
