About The Position

The Counter position at Grinders Above and Beyond involves greeting and accommodating guests in a warm, friendly manner, taking orders by telephone and at the counter, processing payments, and entering orders into the POS. The employee sets up, closes, stocks, and cleans the assigned area, performs tasks assigned by management, and supports other staff as a team player. No experience is necessary; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and accommodate guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Greet guests by telephone and take their orders.
• Greet guests at the counter and cash them out.
• Enter orders into the POS.
• Set up and close the assigned area.
• Stock and clean the assigned area.
• Perform job duties and tasks assigned by management.
• Support other staff as a team player.
