About The Position

OBO Italian Table and Bar is seeking a Counter Server to provide outstanding guest service in a friendly environment. Counter Servers greet and acknowledge every guest positively, demonstrate menu and product knowledge, maintain a clean and sanitary environment, and follow the restaurant’s guest service standards. Team members are expected to contribute to a team-oriented workplace and uphold the company’s values of gracious hospitality, culinary excellence, genuine teamwork, persistent improvement, and pride in their work. The role offers an opportunity to learn and grow within Selland Hospitality Group.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old; must be at least 21 years old to work the spirits program.
• Ability to remain positive, attentive, and hospitable.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card.
• Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
• Reliable transportation to work.
