About The Position

The Counter Attendant provides exceptional customer service, takes orders, and ensures a smooth, welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant counter. This role is essential in creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide high-quality service throughout their visit.
Describe menu items and suggest beverages that may appeal to customers' tastes, including providing details on coffee blends, preparation techniques, and allergen information.
Take accurate orders and assist with preparing and serving food and beverages, including simple drinks (e.g., coffee and tea) and elaborate specialty drinks.
Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment according to health and sanitation standards.
Monitor and check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Uphold company safety and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of guests and team members.
Stock stations with necessary paper products and beverage preparation items.
Operate cash registers and credit card machines accurately.
