About The Position

Selland’s Market Cafe is seeking a Counter Server & Cashier to help ensure every guest receives outstanding service in a guest-friendly environment. Team members greet and acknowledge guests positively, demonstrate menu and product knowledge, maintain a clean and sanitary environment, and follow the restaurant’s guest-service standards. The role offers the opportunity to grow as part of a team and build a career with Selland Family Restaurants.

Requirements

Ability to be positive, attentive, and hospitable.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card.
Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates.
Must be at least 18 years of age or have a valid work permit.
Reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

Greet and acknowledge every guest in a positive manner.
Provide menu and product knowledge.
Keep the work environment clean and sanitary.
Meet the restaurant’s guest-service standards.
Contribute to a positive, hospitable guest experience as part of a team.

$16.90 per hour, not including tips.
