About The Position
A facility in Farmers Branch, Texas, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support sales representatives and customers. The role includes managing customer accounts and online accounts, processing orders and samples, troubleshooting transactions, and providing product information and customer service. Some inside sales is required. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the stated pay rate is $20–$24 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year of recent related experience.
- Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities
- Support assigned sales representatives with daily status updates.
- Manage accounts, including setup, changes, pricing updates, and margin monitoring.
- Troubleshoot transactions, order history, and online orders.
- Enter orders from customers and salespeople by phone, fax, or email.
- Enter samples and returns.
- Manage and set up online accounts.
- Set up CPM and rebate contracts.
- Work with internal and external customers to build and maintain customer loyalty.
- Provide basic product information and explain available products and services to customers.
- Perform some inside sales.
- Conduct product training and research.
- Use problem-solving and decision-making skills to determine appropriate solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
