About The Position

The Counter Sales Associate is the welcoming point of contact for contractors purchasing electrical products at the Oshkosh branch. The role helps customers find the products they need promptly, provides product information, and supports order fulfillment. Product training is provided, and the associate may also help colleagues in the back-of-store warehouse as needed.

This is a full-time position in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may be available. The hourly pay range is $22.00 to $27.00, with placement in the range influenced by parts sales experience, skills, and geographic location. Compensation also includes a short-term incentive bonus and full benefits package offerings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds while moving with equipment.
• Basic computer skills for entering orders.
• Willingness to learn about products through on-the-job training.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Take orders in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Greet and assist customers as they enter the branch.
• Collaborate with customers to fulfill order requests.
• Load orders into customers’ vehicles or delivery trucks.
• Provide product information to customers; training is provided.
• Assist colleagues in the back-of-store warehouse as needed.
