About The Position

The Cosmetic Merchandiser performs project-based retail merchandising work to keep cosmetic products, graphics, and displays visually appealing and engaging for shoppers. The role helps maintain appropriate product availability and pricing, supports store appearance and planogram compliance, and builds relationships with store managers and associates. Assignments are available nationwide, with work volume varying from 0 to 40 hours per week depending on business volume, travel range, and acceptance of other available projects. Work is performed during daytime retail business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work encouraged.

Requirements

• Have reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area; travel may be farther in some markets.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the Channel Partners management team.
• Be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools as necessary.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Implement planograms, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, cleaning and stocking shelves, retagging, and product rotation for various cosmetic brands.
• Help ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
• Accurately report daily hours worked through an online portal using a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
• Photograph completed assignments and report them to the District Manager.
• Partner with and build relationships with retail store associates and management.
