About The Position

As a cosmetic merchandiser, you’ll take on project-based work to ensure cosmetic products, graphics, and displays are visually appealing to attract and engage shoppers. You’ll build strong relationships with store managers and help ensure the right amount of cosmetics are available at the right price. Assignments are available nationwide, with work hours varying from 0 to 40 per week depending on project volume, travel willingness, and acceptance of other available projects. The role works during daytime retail business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work encouraged.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area; some positions may require further travel depending on market location.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the Channel Partners management team.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Implement planograms, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, and audits for various cosmetic brands.
• Clean and stock shelves, retag products, and rotate merchandise.
• Help ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
• Accurately report daily hours worked through an online portal accessible by smartphone, computer, or tablet.
• Photograph completed assignments and report them to the District Manager.
• Partner with and build relationships with retail store associates and management.
