About The Position

The Cosmetic Merchandiser performs project-based work to make cosmetic products, graphics, and displays visually appealing to shoppers. The role helps ensure that the correct quantity of cosmetics is available at the right price and that merchandise displays meet planograms. Work is performed at retail locations during daytime business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work encouraged. Assignments may range from 0 to 40 hours per week depending on work volume, travel range, and willingness to accept other projects. The role is hiring nationwide; the corporate office is in Tampa, Florida.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area; some markets may require farther travel.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the Channel Partners management team.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools as necessary.

Responsibilities

Implement planograms, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, and audits for various cosmetic brands.
Clean and stock shelves, retag merchandise, and rotate products.
Ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
Report daily hours worked accurately through an online portal using a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
Photograph completed assignments and report them to the District Manager.
Build relationships with retail store associates and management.
Adapt to changing work schedules and consider occasional evening or weekend work.
