About The Position

The Cosmetic Merchandiser performs project-based work to ensure cosmetic products, graphics, and displays are visually appealing and help attract and engage shoppers. The role helps maintain appropriate product availability and pricing, supports store presentation, and builds relationships with store managers and associates. Assignments are available nationwide, with travel between multiple locations in a designated area. Assignments may range from 0 to 40 hours per week depending on project volume, travel willingness, and acceptance of other available projects.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area; some markets may require further travel.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the Channel Partners management team.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools as necessary.

Responsibilities

Implement planograms, resets, display setups, and product cut-ins for various cosmetic brands.
Conduct audits; clean and stock shelves; retag merchandise; and rotate products.
Help ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
Report daily hours worked through an online portal accessible by smartphone, computer, or tablet.
Photograph completed assignments and report them to the District Manager.
Build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
Adapt to changing schedules and consider occasional evening or weekend work.
