About The Position

The Cosmetic Merchandiser performs project-based merchandising work for cosmetic brands at retail locations nationwide. The role helps ensure cosmetic products, graphics, and displays are visually appealing, properly stocked, and presented at the right price. Merchandisers work with store managers and associates during daytime retail business hours and may need to travel between multiple locations. Assignments may range from 0 to 40 hours per week depending on project volume, travel availability, and willingness to accept additional projects.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area; some positions may require more travel depending on market location.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and the Channel Partners management team.
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability to read diagrams or instructions, process instructions, and use hand tools as necessary.

Responsibilities

Implement planograms and perform resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, shelf cleaning and stocking, retagging, and product rotation for various cosmetic brands.
Help ensure store appearance and merchandise displays comply with planograms.
Report daily hours worked accurately through an online portal using a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
Photograph completed assignments and report them to the District Manager.
Partner with and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
Adapt to changing work schedules and consider occasional evening or weekend assignments.
