Cosmetic Internet Coordinator

About The Position

As a member of Boscov’s Cosmetic team, the Cosmetic Internet Coordinator works with cosmetic vendors to ensure merchandise is well represented on the company website. The role coordinates product content and imagery, promotional and email marketing, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors to support e-commerce sales. The position reports directly to the VP/DMM of Cosmetics.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills.
Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of the Internet.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Work directly with vendors to secure copy and images for new products.
Submit copy and images to Boscov’s Internet Team for creation.
Ensure submissions go live in a timely manner.
Complete product updates provided by vendors.
Pull merchandise from store stock for the photo studio and provide photography instructions when needed.
Build strong partnerships with the Merchandise Manager, Buyer, and Internet staff.
Work with vendors to develop and implement marketing for email, social media, and the website.
Plan and execute email strategies for each brand.
Ensure promotional items are set up and live on the site.
Track promotions and sales for the e-commerce Cosmetic business.
Review other retailer sites to ensure competitiveness.
Communicate with and support the internet fill room when needed.
Secure funding for promotions and marketing.
Work with Boscov’s Social & Digital teams to develop marketing ideas that drive sales.
