About The Position

The Cosmetic Coordinator is a patient-facing role supporting cosmetic services at AboutSkin Dermatology. The coordinator responds to patient inquiries, explains treatments, and recommends products, promotions, and memberships. They help drive cosmetic scheduling and sales, manage checkout and follow-up scheduling, and build lasting patient relationships through personalized recommendations. The role collaborates with the team to promote cosmetic services, achieve shared sales goals, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, customer service, or another client-facing environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A goal-oriented, sales-driven mindset, with the ability to make recommendations and motivate patients to take the next step.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
A positive, dependable team-player attitude and willingness to collaborate.

Responsibilities

Respond to patient inquiries and explain cosmetic treatments.
Recommend products, promotions, and memberships to patients.
Proactively fill gaps in provider schedules and coordinate appointments.
Identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience.
Manage the complete checkout process and process payments.
Schedule follow-up appointments and encourage patients to rebook.
Understand patients’ individual goals and provide personalized recommendations.
Support patient retention and build lasting patient relationships.
