RN Clinic - Laser & Cosmetic Dermatology - Carmel Valley
About The Position
The RN Clinic role supports Scripps Clinic’s Laser and Cosmetic Dermatology division in Carmel Valley. This is a full-time, benefited position generally scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; some weekend work may be available. The nurse works with a cohesive team of RNs, LVNs, medical assistants, and Patient Service Representatives to provide patient-focused care. The role includes rooming patients, taking photographs, documenting consultations, performing laser hair removal and lab draws, and other clinical tasks. The RN provides direct patient care within the scope of practice, including patient assessments, care tasks, triage, clinical procedures, emergency protocols, and medication administration. The nurse collaborates with other patient care team members to support optimal care and an exceptional experience for patients and their families.
Requirements
- California RN license.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or nursing diploma.
Nice To Haves
- One year of outpatient RN experience.
- Dermatology experience.
Responsibilities
