About The Position

DNOW is seeking recent graduates with a positive, proactive attitude who want to build experience in sales, operations, and supply chain management in the oil and gas industry. The rotational program lasts 6–12 months and involves travel to different locations to learn about multiple areas of the business and gain an understanding of DNOW’s business model, processes, and strategy. Participants complete a three-month corporate project and one or two additional rotations lasting 3–6 months. At the end of the program, participants are placed in a full-time role within DNOW.

Requirements

• Be a recent graduate.
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills for internal and external audiences.
• Have skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Be able to initiate and adapt to change and work effectively in small and large teams.
• Be detail-oriented, organized, objective, and analytical.
• Be goal-oriented and able to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
• Be outgoing, self-motivated, and willing to receive direction.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and dedication to results.
• Be willing to travel.
• Be willing to relocate within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Complete a three-month corporate project in one or more areas such as global sourcing, materials management, business development, or process management.
• Participate in one or two rotations of 3–6 months in areas including sales and business development, operations, warehouse and inventory management, product knowledge, financials, and customer service.
• Travel to different locations to learn about various areas of DNOW’s business.
• Develop knowledge of DNOW’s business model, processes, and overall strategy.
