About The Position

Flowco’s two-year, full-time Engineering Rotational Program is designed for recent Mechanical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering graduates who want to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings. Participants complete three rotations, gain hands-on experience across different parts of the business, work with experienced professionals, and learn how Flowco supports customers throughout the life of the well. As part of Flowco University, the program combines meaningful engineering work, technical development, mentorship, and career exploration.

Rotations may cover engineering, product development, manufacturing, field operations, applications engineering, customer solutions, production optimization, and other specialized engineering, commercial, operational, or technical opportunities. Rotations may take place at different Flowco locations. Assignments and locations are determined by business needs, participant interests, and development goals.

Requirements

• Be a recent graduate or graduating senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university.
• Have strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Be able to collaborate, communicate effectively, and work across teams.
• Have an interest in the energy industry and in how engineering solutions create value for customers.
• Be willing to work in field, manufacturing, and operational environments.
• Be flexible to travel or relocate for rotational assignments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engineering projects and business challenges.
• Participate in rotations across areas such as engineering, manufacturing, field operations, production optimization, and technical applications.
• Learn how Flowco products and solutions are designed, built, deployed, and supported in the field.
• Participate in professional development focused on technical capabilities, business acumen, leadership, and professional skills.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers, business leaders, and colleagues across Flowco.
