About The Position

OEM Logistics, LLC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support its expanding team. The recruiter identifies, recruits, screens, interviews, evaluates, and presents candidates for positions at all levels. This is an onsite role based in Scottsdale, Arizona; remote work will not be considered. A pre-employment background check and drug screening are required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience and/or experience supporting a Recruiting Department.
Experience with applicant tracking systems.
Experience sourcing passive candidates.
Understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Ability to track and present metrics monthly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Self-motivated and highly organized.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Aerospace and defense experience.

Responsibilities

Consult proactively with leadership to understand business needs and staffing requirements and collaboratively develop an organizational talent plan.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate qualifications and screening requirements.
Assist with developing and revising job specifications and descriptions.
Manage all aspects of the job-posting process.
Use a variety of resources to source qualified candidates.
Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs.
Use and maintain the applicant tracking system.
Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
Move selected candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
