About The Position
Uline is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own strategic searches, partner with hiring leaders, and help shape its growing workforce. The recruiter will develop sourcing strategies, collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners, support competitive offers, provide a strong candidate experience, and share market and talent insights to inform hiring decisions. The position is on-site at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
- Ability to navigate challenges with a driven, positive attitude.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, candidates, and partners at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract quality active and passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to align on talent needs and qualifications and to make competitive offers.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the interview process that reflects Uline’s culture and values.
- Present market and talent insights to shape hiring strategies and guide decision making.
