About The Position

TQL is hiring an entry-level Corporate Recruiter to find talent for non-sales departments across the organization. The recruiter owns the full candidate search and interview process while managing the needs of dedicated hiring managers. The role is based in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment in Lexington, Kentucky. No prior experience is necessary; paid training is provided.

Requirements

0–2 years of full-cycle recruiting or sales experience.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to work with current technologies.
Desire to contribute to TQL’s continued growth.
Comfort working in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and communicate with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with qualified talent.
Generate a high volume of candidates using a variety of sourcing methods.
Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing through offer, helping ensure a seamless initial onboarding experience.
Record conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Avature Applicant Tracking System.
Accurately process onboarding paperwork and candidate dispositioning.
