About The Position

As a Corporate Recruiter at TQL, you will find top talent for non-sales departments across the organization. You will manage the full candidate search process and the needs of dedicated hiring managers, using a high-volume, results-oriented approach. No prior experience is necessary; TQL provides paid training. The role is based in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment in Charlotte, North Carolina. TQL is a freight brokerage firm that connects customers needing truckload freight moved with carriers able to transport it. The company has more than 9,000 employees and operates 24/7/365.

Requirements

0–2 years of full-cycle recruiting or sales experience.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to work with the latest technologies.
Desire to contribute to TQL’s continued growth.
Comfort working in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with top talent.
Generate a high volume of candidate flow using a variety of sourcing methods.
Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing through offer, ensuring candidates have a seamless initial onboarding experience.
Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Avature Applicant Tracking System.
Process onboarding and candidate disposition paperwork accurately.
