About The Position

As a Corporate Recruiter at TQL, you will recruit talent for non-sales departments across the organization and manage the full candidate search process while supporting dedicated hiring managers. The role involves building relationships with candidates and stakeholders, generating candidate flow through multiple sourcing methods, conducting phone screens, and managing interviews through offer and onboarding. You will document recruiting activity and process candidate paperwork accurately. No experience is necessary, and TQL provides a paid training program. The position is based in TQL’s Nashville office and operates in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

0–2 years of full-cycle recruiting or sales experience.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to work with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and communicate with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent.
Generate a high volume of candidate flow using a variety of sourcing methods.
Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing through offer.
Help ensure candidates have a seamless initial onboarding experience.
Record conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Avature Applicant Tracking System.
Process onboarding and candidate disposition paperwork accurately.
