About The Position

TQL is hiring an entry-level Corporate Recruiter to find talent for non-sales departments across the organization. The recruiter owns the candidate search process and manages the needs of dedicated hiring managers. The role involves generating candidate flow, conducting phone screens, coordinating candidates through interviews and offers, and supporting a seamless initial onboarding experience. Candidate interactions, interview progress, offers, and feedback are documented in Avature, and onboarding and candidate disposition paperwork must be processed accurately. No prior experience is necessary; TQL provides a paid training program. The position is based at 6010 Exchange Parkway, San Antonio, Texas, and requires working in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

0–2 years of full-cycle recruiting or sales experience.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to work with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and communicate with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with top talent.
Generate a high volume of candidate flow using a variety of sourcing methods.
Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing through offer.
Help ensure candidates have a seamless initial onboarding experience.
Document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback in the Avature Applicant Tracking System.
Accurately process onboarding and candidate disposition paperwork.
