About The Position

Feed the Children is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Account Director to drive partnership growth through a strategic, insight-driven account plan and a 360-degree fundraising approach documented in the CRM. The role manages a portfolio of corporate partners, typically with 6–8+ figure relationships, and is accountable for renewals and year-over-year growth across cash and gifts-in-kind (GIK). It ensures strong partner engagement, fulfillment, reporting, and activation that deliver measurable value to Feed the Children and its partners. The Director leads partnerships from strategy and commitment through implementation, stewardship, and reporting. This includes developing account plans, proposals, presentations, and activation concepts; identifying growth opportunities; securing partner commitments in writing; and coordinating work across internal teams. The position also maintains accurate CRM records, tracks deliverables and funding milestones, and monitors travel budgets. The ideal candidate will work hybrid from the corporate office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, though qualified candidates nationwide will be considered. Domestic travel is required, up to 50% of the work week during peak season and 15%–20% during off-peak season. Attendance at relevant organizational and campaign events, and event support as assigned, are also required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS), or equivalent, with emphasis in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in corporate partnerships, corporate sales/business development, or fundraising, with responsibility for renewal strategy and year-over-year revenue growth.
  • High proficiency with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline and portfolio management, including accurate and consistent documentation of partner strategies, activities, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex, top-tier corporate partnerships, often including 6–8 figure relationships, and build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience expanding existing accounts through stakeholder mapping, whitespace or opportunity analysis, and cross-functional engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously—including activation, fulfillment, reporting, and partner communications—while meeting deadlines and coordinating across internal teams.
  • Demonstrated record of securing and growing significant partner commitments, including cash and gifts-in-kind; equivalent success in business development and corporate sales may substitute for nonprofit fundraising experience.
  • Experience developing strategic account plans, proposals, and presentations that secure renewals and expand partner engagement and revenue.
  • Experience establishing relationships with senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies and/or foundations and advancing value-exchange partnerships, including cause marketing, from discovery through close.
  • Strong negotiation, influence, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments professionally and with executive presence.
  • Any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions may be considered.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the work week during peak season and 15%–20% during off-peak season.
  • Ability to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification upon hire.
