About The Position

The Core Processing Warehouse Worker performs warehouse duties involving receiving and storing inbound products, picking products for orders, moving products to staging areas or delivery trucks, and maintaining organized warehouse spaces. The role may involve operating manual or powered equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. The position follows established procedures and supervisor-provided guidance; it has no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

Up to 1 year of work-related experience.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to communicate basic messages orally; may write brief messages and keep simple records.
Ability to follow standard procedures and clear directions, using supervisor or manager guidance and provided priorities.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Ability to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles, potentially in awkward positions.
Ability to perform occasional standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or extended sitting.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED.
Experience in a warehouse or similar work environment.
Prior PIT experience, such as operating a forklift or order picker.

Responsibilities

Receive inbound product and put it away in designated locations.
Pick or pull the correct product from the appropriate locations and deliver it to the staging area or delivery truck.
Operate manual or powered equipment to transport products in and around the warehouse.
Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence.
Maintain orderliness and housekeeping in assigned work areas.
Comply with established company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
