About The Position

The HR Administrative & Compliance Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and compliance support to Human Resources across Canada and the United States. The role supports HR data management, documentation, onboarding and offboarding, policy administration, and Health & Safety compliance support. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position ensures HR activities are accurate, consistent, and executed in a timely manner across North American locations.

Responsibilities

  • HR Administration: Provide administrative and compliance support for HR processes across Canada and the United States; support the consistent application of HR procedures and escalate issues as required.
  • HR Systems & Data: Maintain and update employee data in Dynamics 365 (D365); ensure HR records are accurate, complete, and up to date; support reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
  • HR Documentation: Prepare and maintain HR documentation (hiring, terminations, employee letters, SOPs); ensure proper filing and version control.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes using established checklists; follow up on completion of steps, update records, and coordinate system access.
  • Internal SharePoint Sites: Support HR content on internal SharePoint sites; maintain and update HR information to ensure accuracy and consistency; act as a key contact for HR content updates and coordinate company‑wide changes.
  • Policies & Compliance: Support the review, updating, tracking, and communication of HR policies.
  • Health & Safety: Support administrative and compliance activities related to Health & Safety across all Delmar North American locations; assist with coordinating mandatory training; ensure facilities‑related documentation remains current.
  • Projects: Provide administrative support for various HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
