About The Position

Richter is seeking a Talent and Culture Operations Coordinator to support the operational activities of the Talent and Culture team and actively contribute to a fluid, consistent, and human employee experience. In this key role, you will be involved in all stages of the employee lifecycle and participate in the optimization and automation of our HR processes, in close collaboration with our internal partners. A day in the life of a Talent Operations Coordinator is dynamic, structured, and collaborative, combining operational coordination, administrative rigor, and trusted partnerships to support our teams at every key moment of their journey at Richter.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • CRHA designation required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools (Teams, Monday.com).
  • Excellent knowledge of HRIS platforms (UKG is an asset).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a strong sense of internal customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a marked team spirit.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interest in automation and learning new HR systems.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Good judgment and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the onboarding experience for new team members, ensuring a smooth and positive integration.
  • Coordinate and oversee all employee lifecycle movements, including rotations, transfers, leaves (personal, educational, parental, and disability), voluntary departures, terminations, and returns to work.
  • Act as a key partner to Talent Business Partners (TBPs) by ensuring consistent, compliant, and timely execution of all employee transition processes.
  • Prepare, manage, and archive all documentation related to employee transitions, including resignation letters, termination letters, and leave letters.
  • Ensure end-to-end coordination of transition activities between HR systems and stakeholders (Jira, AgilePoint notifications, Finance, IT).
  • Act as an operational point of contact for sensitive transitions, including terminations and access management, when required.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers throughout leave processes, including parental and disability leaves, as well as return-to-work planning, in collaboration with TBPs.
  • Support TBPs in conducting exit interviews and collecting data related to various talent initiatives and programs.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of employee movements, completion of checklists, and data integrity.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to the lifecycle and transitions to increase efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee files, in accordance with internal practices and requirements.
  • Support payroll administration, in collaboration with the relevant teams.
  • Manage the Talent and Culture email inbox, respond to questions regarding HR policies and procedures, and direct requests to the appropriate team members as needed.
  • Contribute to process automation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
  • Update the Talent and Culture intranet page, maintain documents and information, and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate on the translation of internal communications and the posting of information on the intranet.
  • Support the coordination of engagement and recognition activities.
