About The Position

SACO Technologies is the company that invented the LED video screen, giving birth to an entire industry. The Sphere in Las Vegas, the multimedia facade of the Burj Khalifa, and several of the world's most iconic visual installations incorporate SACO's know-how and expertise. Behind these achievements are some of the biggest names in the entertainment, architecture, hospitality, and global culture sectors. Yet, most prefer the general public to remain unaware of how this magic was made possible. SACO is not just another technology company. And this Project Coordinator position is not either. The company relies on a global network of agents, integrators, and distributors who deploy its solutions worldwide. Our design team is based in Zaragoza, Spain, while our research, development, and manufacturing operations are established in Montreal. We are a human-sized company by choice, globally recognized for our expertise and deeply committed to the quality of our achievements and the trust of our clients.

Requirements

  • First experience in a manufacturing or product development environment (internship, co-op, university project, or job) is a significant asset.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Microsoft Project or other planning tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and engineering specifications.

  • French and English are naturally part of your professional daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain the project documentation structure (SharePoint and shared directories).
  • Participate in the onboarding of new project team members.
  • Coordinate, as needed, travel, shipments, and logistical aspects related to projects.
