About The Position

Entreprendre ici is an organization mandated by the Government of Quebec to support and accompany entrepreneurs from diverse ethnic backgrounds in all regions of Quebec. They work in collaboration with the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem to promote economic inclusion, the development of promising projects, and the valorization of diversity in the business world. In addition to their support services, they develop and coordinate various projects and tools that meet the real needs of entrepreneurs and complement the offerings of ecosystem partners. Under the responsibility of the general management, the IT Project Coordinator plans, coordinates, and supervises several strategic technological initiatives for Entreprendre ici. The person in this role ensures the effective delivery of projects, supplier follow-up, and the implementation of innovative solutions that support the organization's mission. They act as a key resource in the organization's digital transformation, advise management, collaborate with various internal and external partners, and ensure the continuous optimization of technological tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (information technology, project management, or related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management and/or digital transformation.
  • Experience in coordinating digital projects, managing technological platforms, and using CRMs.
  • Experience in coordinating external suppliers and managing relationships with technological partners.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating leadership and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in integrating learning platforms and knowledge of LMS standards.
  • Knowledge of English.
  • Sensitivity to socio-economic inclusion and diversity issues.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure the follow-up of the Cap Autonomie project and its deliverables.
  • Collect, integrate, and coordinate the development and updating of digital content.
  • Develop and monitor project performance indicators.
  • Coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Ensure budget monitoring and prepare activity and financial reports.
  • Maintain regular communication with the financial partner and stakeholders.
  • Manage the evolution and maintenance of the digital platform for the "Plateforme des Bourses d’honneur".
  • Collaborate with institutional and technical partners to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Ensure the user experience for candidates, juries, and administrators.
  • Develop solutions to optimize the processing of applications and data analysis.
  • Supervise the use and optimization of the internal CRM.
  • Coordinate improvements and updates based on team needs.
  • Train and support users (advisors, management, administration).
  • Ensure data quality and produce strategic indicator reports.
  • Ensure internal coordination of various IT suppliers.
  • Manage contracts, service agreements, and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
  • Regularly monitor performance and propose improvements.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of deployed solutions.
