About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator (TRC) supports the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing tools, and coordinating projects. This role is essential to ensure smooth marketing operations and timely delivery of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong interest in marketing and the industry (tire/distribution experience is an asset)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and willingness to innovate
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Good business acumen and ability to execute marketing plans
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset and customer-oriented approach
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel – pivot tables, formulas)
  • Good knowledge of social media and graphic tools
  • Bilingualism required: Proficiency in English is necessary due to frequent interactions with predominantly English-speaking pan-Canadian partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing projects (campaigns, promotions, events)
  • Prepare and maintain marketing calendars
  • Manage requests from franchises and branches for marketing materials
  • Support content creation (visuals, newsletters, social media posts)
  • Oversee campaign deployment across channels (web, social media, print)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Track marketing project budgets
  • Prepare performance reports and internal presentations
  • Maintain databases (CRM, distribution lists)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
  • Coordinate with suppliers and agencies for marketing deliverables
