About The Position

Under the supervision of the Marketing Content Manager, the Communication & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the writing and deployment of internal and external content. He/she also coordinates projects related to events and campaigns, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Requirements

  • Training in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
  • Good understanding of social media and storytelling.
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English (advanced bilingualism required).
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Office Suite, WordPress, newsletter tools, Meta Business Suite).

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including writing, layout, imagery, translation, and web content publication.
  • Create simple graphics for various media (web banners, advertisements, etc.).
  • Manage ITES media for digital screens with content updated monthly, in collaboration with the offices in Qc-Nashville-Mtl.
  • Under the supervision of the Manager, create content appropriate to needs and manage its deployment (on social media, the website).
  • Support senior management in managing LinkedIn content (pending validation and scope).
  • Ensure regular publication of content.
  • Ensure alignment of content with weekly promotions.
  • Coordinate the organization of events such as town halls and leadership forums, while managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of specific projects related to internal communications and/or marketing, making sure that all elements are validated.
  • Use tools like SharePoint for project management and monitor Cision for tracking media performance.
  • Manage ad hoc requests and coordinate the Outlook inbox (Media, Communications) if necessary.
