World Trade Center Utah (WTC Utah) is seeking an International Programs Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of international business trips, trade missions, trade shows, and other programs connecting Utah businesses with global opportunities. The role focuses particularly on organizing business trips that help Utah companies explore new markets, establish international relationships, and identify opportunities for growth. The Coordinator supports all phases of program delivery, including business recruitment, agenda development, travel logistics, in-market execution, and post-trip follow-up. The Coordinator reports to the Senior Director for International Programs (or designated supervisor) and works with internal teams, Utah businesses, and international partners. The position supports approximately 3–4 international business trips, 1–2 governor-led trade missions, and 5–7 international trade shows annually. Responsibilities also include maintaining program timelines, budgets, records, and planning resources; preparing program materials; coordinating with WTC Utah’s international network; tracking program outcomes; and supporting inbound delegations and other organizational activities. The role requires occasional domestic and international travel, including potential advance planning trips, trade missions, business trips, and trade shows. Flexibility to support programs and events outside standard business hours is expected.
