About The Position
The Director of International Programs leads the development and administration of Texas A&M University–Victoria’s international education portfolio. This includes global partnerships, study abroad and exchange programs, and initiatives supporting international student engagement. The position collaborates across academic and administrative areas to establish and strengthen international collaborations, develop global opportunities, and ensure programs meet institutional goals and applicable requirements. The Director oversees program operations and budgets, supervises staff, coordinates student support and risk management, evaluates program outcomes, and represents the university with international partners and organizations. The role also serves as a key resource to faculty, academic departments, and university leadership on international program development and global engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ten years of related experience.
