Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the management and administration of training programs.
  • Intermediate English (reading, writing, and conversation).
  • Basic knowledge of the TWI Methodology.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the SuccessFactors Learning platform.
  • Professional training in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Nice To Haves

  • Facilitation and instructional design skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills for report generation, data analysis, and indicator tracking.
  • Basic knowledge of project management and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the DNC (Diagnostic of Training Needs) of the technical school, ensuring the identification, analysis, and prioritization of needs, as well as defining its scope, impact, and feasibility, including consolidating information and preparing a tentative budget for its execution.
  • Coordinate and ensure the correct execution of the technical school's training plan, aligning expectations with countries, validating the schedule and implementation phases according to operational reality, monitoring deployment, and managing deviations promptly.
  • Advise and support the development of specific training projects by identifying needs, defining and implementing strategies, accompanying internal clients, and coordinated deployment with countries.
  • Manage and ensure the correct functioning of the digital learning platform (LMS), providing administrative support to countries and monitoring training programs, and supporting the management of the Digital Library, to ensure the correct implementation and deployment of training content.
  • Follow up with training providers to ensure timely and complete delivery of contracted materials and content, as well as coordinate with internal clients for the provision of necessary inputs for their development and fulfillment.
  • Execute and monitor the integral deployment of TWI (Training Within Industry) in countries and business units, ensuring the activation of sites, the enablement of implementation teams, and compliance with the plan and its milestones.
  • Execute activities related to the change management process, providing administrative support when required, ensuring the registration of initiatives under the CER model and monitoring process indicators, as well as attending to additional assigned activities to ensure their correct implementation.
