Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Administrative Informatics, or related field (Title or Cedula)
  • Intermediate English.
  • Experience in Front Office Applications, Information Technologies, Commercial Platforms / Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate processes related to Sales and distribution modules, Visit Control, Pricing, Promotions, Loyalty Programs, Route Settlement, Billing, etc., so that commercial areas operate correctly with new implemented initiatives.
  • Develop and Drive continuous improvement tools or solutions creatively and innovatively for all commercial areas.
  • Plan commercial processes within projects to facilitate correct implementation.
  • Analyze requests from internal and external clients that impact commercial processes to review the feasibility of what they are requesting and ensure it adds value to the company.
  • Correctly administer commercial processes and resources for optimal application.
  • Ensure the optimization and utilization of all internal capabilities between development and maintenance activities of projects, as well as coordination with external system development providers for their correct use, always seeking the best option.
  • Manage, Design, and Implement requirements generated by the Digital Ecosystem to perform necessary integrations so that ACD 2.0 and AC Móvil 2.0 applications operate correctly.
